I have been working out with Aneesh since March 2021. When I started I had severe back pain, due to this I was also hesitant to train under a personal trainer as I had a misconception that they would make us lift heavy weights and thus worsen my back pain. I had a great experience with Aneesh as he started out by strengthening my back with the help of resistance bands, he made me do several exercises that helped me strengthen my back which I follow till date whenever I have a back pain. I see phenomenal difference in my condition then and now. These days I’m capable of lifting weights that I couldn’t have imagined of doing a few months back.
